We install solid hardwood and engineered wood in all the major species: red oak, white oak, maple, pine, and Brazilian cherry. Our supplier relationships give us access to quality material at competitive prices, and we only schedule work after the material arrives and passes our inspection.
Every installation follows NWFA guidelines — proper acclimation, subfloor prep, moisture testing, and the right installation method for your specific floor and home. Owner Jayson Matias personally oversees every job.

Free Estimate

Material Selection
We source your material through our supplier network. Nothing is scheduled until the material arrives and is inspected.
Acclimation
Material is delivered and allowed to acclimate to your home's conditions per NWFA guidelines. This step protects your floor long-term.
Subfloor Prep
We prepare your subfloor — leveling, fastening, moisture barrier if needed. The foundation determines the final result.
Installation
Nail-down, glue-down, or floating based on your material and subfloor. Clean, precise work throughout.
Sand & Finish
For unfinished hardwood, we sand and apply your chosen stain and finish coats on-site for a seamless result.

What installation methods do you use?
Nail-down, glue-down, and floating depending on the subfloor and material. Solid hardwood typically requires nail-down over wood subfloors. Engineered wood gives more flexibility. We'll assess your specific situation during the estimate.
Does the wood need to acclimate before installation?
Yes — we follow NWFA guidelines on acclimation. Materials are delivered and allowed to adjust to your home's humidity and temperature before installation begins. We never skip this step.
Can hardwood be installed over a concrete subfloor?
Engineered hardwood can be installed over concrete with the right adhesive and moisture barrier. Solid hardwood typically cannot. We'll evaluate your subfloor and recommend the best approach.
How long does installation take?
Most residential installations take 2–5 days depending on square footage, material, and subfloor conditions. We'll give you a detailed timeline during your estimate.
